Our experienced Care Practitioners cover a wide range of home care & home support services across Oxfordshire. We all share the same philosophy at L A Care; any help, support and care should be given in the spirit of how we would want to be treated should we ever be faced with the same situation.
We understand that it can be daunting to acknowledge care is needed. By working collaboratively with our Service Users and their representatives, we ensure peace of mind at every step. Our care packages are designed with flexibility in mind, whether it be personal care or domestic help; a tailored approach allows our Service Users to live comfortable in their own homes and enhance their independence.

Our clients are extremely important to us and we get to know them and their families very well. Many decisions around care are not easy, we understand that and therefore give as much support and advice as possible. We believe it is essential that all external professionals and families are kept up to date to ensure that our care services are as person centred and integrated as possible (with consent of course). We also strongly believe that all care and support must have as much consistency and continuity as reasonably possible for both the client and the staff member so good trusting relationships can be built.
L A Care is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and all of our care staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance and relevant training.
